APPLICATION PROCEDURE

If once an accessible information request or complaint has been made, it has been dismissed, if there is disagreement with the decision made, or if the response does not meet the requirements laid down in article 12.5, the interested party may initiate a claim. A claim can also be initiated if twenty business days have passed without a response.
